1. Hamas participates in elections, which is Baatil. "And whoever does not judge by what Allah has revealed - then it is those who are the disbelievers." (TMQ 5:44)

2. Hamas uses "Martyrdom Operations" which is Baatil. "Do not kill yourselves." (TMQ 4:29)

Taking part in elections is not baatil !!! Rather Hamas took part in election in an attempt to avoid a possible bloodshed with Fatah -- which unfortunately did happen ! -- Tell me what are the principles of Khilafat rashida (4 caliphs)?

Ok if you dont believe in election -- how will you establish an islamic emirate? who will choose the shura/cabinet??? who will decide who is suitable for being Ameer-al-momineen?

How to establish Islamic Emirate? Simple, by inciting people to jihad and Tawhid. As did the Prophet (saw). Who cares what the Khulafah did, I am speaking of RASULALLAH!

4. Hamas kills other Muslims. "Whoever kills a believer intentionally - his recompense is Hell..." (TMQ 4:93)
