Circuit training in Piper Seneca

Is that a turbine Seneca, or is it just the turbochargers making all the noise? (Doesn't sound like piston engines).

Really good instructor, I am twin engine instructor as well and I use to manage the instructions on this way it is more usefull for the student, unfortunally there's a lot of people who doesn't think the same and push really hard the student until a limit where there is not pedagogical factors whatsoever. Teach the concepts transmiting the passion for flying don't destroy the passion of the guys.

Aangezien je in belgië woont en ik het een heel klein beetje aan je engels kan horen denk ik dat je Nederlands spreekt. Ik zelf woon in nederland en wil over een dik jaar selectie doen bij een vliegschool, ben me nu dus aan het oriënteren.

Ik vraag me af of het niet lastig is dat de hele school (OAA) Engels spreekt. Als je dan bijvoorbeeld iets niet snapt kan het toch wat lastiger zijn om er uit te komen bijv. met de theorie. Verder zou ik willen weten waarom je voor OAA hebt gekozen. Bvd

Hey Merijn, mijn engels was vrij basic en vanop school maar dat wende heel snel. Na een maand merk je het niet meer en denk je ook in het engels!

OAT heeft al enkele decennia lang een hele goeie reputatie en daar wordt na de opleiding qua sollicitaties wel naar gekeken, zeker bij Engelse airlines.

bedankt voor je reactie, ik zal binnenkort eens langs gaan bij een open dag van EPST(besteed de basisvliegopleiding uit aan OAA), de opleiding spreekt me namelijk wel aan.

senecca is easy airplane 2 fly ,no critical engine but,nose heavy!

i'm assuming that's with oxford aviation academy? if so how hard was it to get in? i'm looking to go through oxford or CTC

Cannot remember the landing speed exactly, it`s a few years ago since I last flew the Seneca. Must be about 90 kts.

AWESOME but remember on the go bellow 500 agl HAND ON THE POWER, if one engine quits you got like 1/2 second to react.
