Dr. Nassif, if you wouldn't mind talking about it, how does this diced cartilage go on to stay firm and in place in the nose without shifting or becoming shapeless? It would seem that the nose requires structures that look more like the native bones and shapes in the nose, rather than a general filling of the area *same with nasal fillers*, so is this a technique that is only used for special cases or is it used for most surgeries?
