June 6 2009 I got to view this project up close and all I can say is WOW! Many of Common Man Inn rooms have awesome views of the river falls are well appointed. And the restaurant looks incredible also. It has great decks overlooking the river and is well decorated. Having been a resident of Claremont over 50 years I can't remember such an exciting time for the city. Treat yourself to a casual walk around the area! Thanks to all the investors and city government who worked so hard on this.
