  • i could use a gothic boy toy tonight to be honest

  • people do not appreciate my art at all they say it's just a fad but i am goth and always will be goth nobody understands that our art makes a differance in society to!

  • Thank you for the message. I really appreciate it and I am so sorry that people do not, but not all people do not. I give my love to you and your artwork and if you ever want to share it with me, I would love to see it <3

  • Thank you Lewis, I really value your opinion and I agree with your statement. Thanks again and I as well give my best to you. Of what you love to do, which is the passion of music, please keep that passion because you not only make people happy with it, but of course, yourself as well! =`)

  • I like your art on your link, It's genius.

    Good luck

  • Thank you MugenMag, your support means a lot to me. It helps me keep on doing what I live for, and I appreciate it dearly. Please take care, and live and strive on what you love to do as well, and please, don't let go of it.

  • Mary Shelley's classic novel still sells pretty well. The Universal films of the 30s and 40s still get around. People still watch examples of German Goth from the 1920s. Lord Byron is still read. Lookto the universities to keep Goth alive and produce new Goth.

  • A typical response from a typical human being who is clearly offended by Gothic art, the " shock" within that.

  • The messages, the emotion from such personal pieces are clearly for the open minded who can look at a piece, any piece and grasp the emotion, the message from it. You only see gore, horror, angst, but none the less, I pity the poor human who only sees above the surface of anything and everything in life. I suggest you keep to your coloring books, or that of the children you have who thinks as simply as you.

  • "Gothic art is under appreciated (by curators, galleries, serious art collectors) because it's filled with cliches and angst."

Strong opinion there, again an opinion. I always tell people never try to argue, debate on something or an issue they know nothing of. Throwing out artists who have similar to that of Gothic art means nothing to me. You clearly miss the point of my video. Gothic art, at its purest form is an obvious form of art you have never seen or experienced before. A tragedy.

  • I luv gothic art ^.^

    but yea its unappreciated :(

  • A lot of artists both mainstream and fringe are under appreciated in there lifetimes. It's a sad fact of life. Any website that has a policy of exclusion does so to there own detriment. It wreaks of censorship and word spreads fast these days. There is Gothic art everywhere these days if you look around,in movies in magazines. On record covers even on skin,it lives in true goth hearts.xox

  • That is true, and I agree, it's a very sad fact. It's just hard for new artists in this type of art to not be drawn out from others. Thank you for your personal views on this matter.

  • You obviously have a very sensitive spot about this, but don't let it get you down.Goth is an ethos a philosophy it was born from creativity. Let your art speak for itself, loudly and proudly.x

  • That means so much to me, thank you for your words. I will keep them close by me. =`) Please take care and thanks again for watching this video. xoxo

  • Gee I didn't realise YT censorship was so prudish.

Re: gothic art, I thinks it's slowly becoming a force of it's own, more & more people are beginning to appreciate it. But I know I've had to appeal to mainstream to make a living over the years.

Keep promoting it-your doing great :)

(check out my vid, for some gothic framing)

    create, create....

  • Thanks very much, I appreciate your input. I'll definitely check it out . Thanks for watching. =)

  • Smart and Gorgeous

  • Thank you so much =`) I am not used to being on camera, or even in public, lol, I'm one of those isolated people who works in the dark all the time,lol...so, that means a lot to me. Thank so much for watching =D xoxo

  • being isolated from people ... i know what you mean ... i like it better that way ... lol ...

  • Thanks for the comment but the video violated terms of use lol...youtube is so stupid and silly sometimes :P take care.

  • I'm really upset Greg to hear that, but it was a great video, please keep making more, I liked it =) xoxo

  • I like all your art Corinne it sucks but its the world, anyways you look very beautiful.

  • Thank you so much, yes unfortunately it is how the world is. Thanks so much Greg for watching, I appreciate it very much. =) xoxo

  • sadly , you´re right . most gothic arts are underappreciated due to the fact that a lot of people asociate gothic and gothica with the devil . so because of their religious believes they dont see the beauty and variety of this art

  • Thank you Blacky, and I agree with you. We express ourselves in many ways than one and just because an artist doesn't express themslves with cherry orchids in a field, and may it be something darker, doesn't mean the pieces are evil. We are just setting a different emotional style that best reflects our inspiration as artist.

    Thanks for watching =) xoxo

  • too many people today don't want to give things a go :(, they stick to the same thing.

its those people who will never get to experience life, all things should be able to be expressed. they should not have taken down your art. im with you 100%.

  • Thank you very much for your input, and I agree with your statement. Thank you for watching and for your input of this issue =)

  • the first vid I've seen all day! :)

one day, those photobucket whores will be sorry for messing with you. your artwork is always amazing.

this was an awesome vid. I know how gothic art goes. people look at it and say it should be more friendly and crap. 5/5.

and I can see why you like Mihai there. looks a little like Vamp. I don't know about blushing, but you were smiling ear to ear. :)

  • lol, thanks Nick! I really appreciate it, I'm still practicing of course, but thank you for your support. I know, Photobucket people...ER, goodness, I wish I could...hack them and put porn all over their wesbite,lol...I'm so strange,lol....anyways, yeah Mihai is great, and he does oil on canvas, very talented man.

Sorry about my big ol' cheesy smile. Thank you for your support and input on this issue and thanks always for watching XOXO

  • hey, you called me Nick. :)

eh, its okay that your starnge. strange people make the world more interesting.

and thats okay about your smile.

  • Interesting stuff ... and I believe that all art should be respected in all ways.

  • Thanks Anthrit for your response, I'm glad you think so as well, it's enough we already have to deal with human discrimination, but art discrimination?...it's ridiculous.

Thanks again for the support XOXO

  • Thank you very much sweetie, and what a beautiful way of you to say it. I am also glad to know an artist such as yourself, and remember never be ashamed or afraid of expresses yourself in ways people might not understand(but, of course, you already know that!)....it's our unique and I believe that's what really makes us beautiful as people and as artist. Keep up your paintings and thanks for watching :) XOXO
