everywhere I look on the internet, there are mental health professionals saying that there is no cure for bipolar disorder. I find no cure rates for bipolar disorder, which is supposedly incurable. Even schizophrenia has a better prognosis than this. My medications affect my sex life, my drive and make me a fat person. I would love to come off medication, which can shorten your life dramatically. Is there ANY hope of fully recovering to the point of need ing no medication?
