  • We can lose weight by swimming. But be careful, eat just a salad with proteins after training. You will feel a tremendous improvement in your well being. I'm very grateful to my doctor and my personal trainer.

  • this is great, I have bad health im very young and very skinny. I won't lose wieght and my heart is getting stronger. lets hope its true

  • Keeps me from losing weight? So then, pretty much all the other sources that say it's a good fat burning exercise are pretty much liars?
