A country that has no control over it's own money, HAS NO CONTROL to speak off... America is no longer independent, and our contry has been hijacked by powerful men and banking cartels... the fact that the value your "money" (paper fiat bank notes now) is controlled by a PRIVATE central bank, means YOUR WEALTH (in paper "money") is now CONTROLLED by them... IMHO, the American people are now slaves to these "money kings" who creat this "paper money" out of NOTHING.FRNs are not contitutional money

It is rather obvious that nationalized healthcare definitely qualifies as a "federal regulatory program.

This might also apply to most if not all of the "alphabet soup" agencies, which I am inclined to believe and agree with!

I'm also inclined to think this ruling might be the most empowering for We the People, and damming against this federal government.

Justice Scalia has a very focused view of how the interstate commerce clause can be used, and he's clearly making the case for limited interpretation. It'll take 6-8 years to effectively remake the court, though. Three to put a conservative in the WH, and 3-6 more to put new bench members in and get cases in front of them,

This govt. has revisited every grievance declared in our Declaration of Independence !
