My country Belgium lives in a democratic social system.
They cut 13% of our wages to share this with ill people and people who don't work. America had this system too some 20 years ago.
But our democratic government is failing since 2005. Our Prime Minister was called by the "King" to reform our government. But he failed because Belgium has 3 governments, The Dutch, The French and The Brussels Mix. Today they are still failing to agree and soon we will transform .
