It's a shame really, if this wasn't on consoles then graphics could almost reach that in game on a PC, but becuase people still activly buy for 5+ year old hardware, why make the effort outside of pre rendered cut scenes. The only real parts are when they show the doctor other than that it is all CGI. Anyone who plays games knows this man. They use CGI for almost all game trailers.
