One of the big problems was the how naïve the family and friends were. At the beginning they told everyone not to focus on Josh and to look at other possibilities. Josh left all these morons behind in the state of Utah while his wife was still missing. I am still perplexed by the amount of stupid people involved that helped Josh get away. They told everyone not to speculate but al they did was speculate. They speculated that Josh was distraught when he was just acting.

Tim Peterson is one of the only few people who has been extremely cooperative in this story. Josh Powell is on the other end of this spectrum. Josh has been extremely uncooperative and extremely evasive to EVERYONE including Susans own family who had helped him and was supportive towards him. Josh left those people in the dust. Why hasnt Josh Powell been arrested? Watch and read the reports. There is more than enough evidence against him.
