The solar math in Southern California looks like this:

KW DC * Sun Hours  * Days = kWh production

5 * 5 * 30 = 750 kWh a month on average.

This property has a zero energy bill.

Everything in the solar world is over priced. These companies are rip off. this system will take 30 year to pay itself off. Really not very feaseble.

Hi Rocking 247.  He is wrong folks. I can show you solar systems that can have less than 8 years payback and some much quicker. In California we pay as much as $0.35 per kWh.

Generating electricity is expensive. Get used to it. Solar panels will make energy on your homes for 40 or more years. Amazing. They come with warranty that says in 25 years they will be operating at 80% of what they are doing today!
