    jazz, soul, funk, rock 'n' roll they had evolved so much i think punk was in the distant past to the clash by the time london calling came out in '79

  • @TheCelticsrock34 Nice! I lived down the street from The Capitol, but did not make this show. My brothers all went to Bond's, for some reason I missed those shows too. Who can remember why now?

  • My claim to fame - singing stay free on stage with Mick Jones at Newcastle city hall 1980ish. The bouncers give me a good kicking when I walked off, it was worth it though
