I know seriously this is from Halo Custom Edition for the PC you can fly /drive other things like the scarab, a bomber that chrashes in halo 3 at the ark and some other cool stuff and it is not a glitch it is a mod provided by bungie at a website with many other maps where you play with AI roaming around the map and many other cool things and this video barely scratches the tip of the capabilities

Yeah I tryed adding a pelican thru my HMS toolkit and I broke the file so I copyed in my backup... I screwed up so much I didnt bother... instead I donwloaded a grunt version of the map which some reason had pelicans and the covy drop ship in it... great map that but flying a pelicans hard...
