Japanese speakers would probably say their original version is the best. so we can't say who sang it better. the girls of SNSD sang great too.

@dhom100 Of course I still love SNSD's version, and I do think they sound great, I don't want anyone to think that I disliked it cause I definitely don't, it's on my iPod XD but yeah I think you're right maybe because it's in English I might appeal to it more, but I also noticed that this version is in a lower key. So maybe my ears appeal more to this key? Not sure but that could be it XD I think both versions are sung well.
