RIP the 9 people...
I saw arc live for the first time in Toronto. And I was just blown away. I wish someone could post it. It was better than this one, cause it was a smaller venue. and the crowd was respectfull, and quite.. what a feeling it was...
It was so cool hearing that through those loud speakers. Its longer then the one on the cd.Its cool that such a powerful voice can do all that,,,,,Vedder Rocks!
I like to see how he did that. I went to a couple of shows on that (2003) tour and even with fan club seats--7th row--no one could see this good...He also came out looking like a roadie and no one knew it was him until they could hear this song, Arc.
he's putting his heart and soul into this very meaningful, important, and tragic experience...this crowd was so disrespectful to him. you could see that eddie was rolling his eyes at the crowd. when i watched this for the first time, i was so shocked by what the crowd was doing. how selfish and unthoughtful. during their other songs it's fine to go completely insane and sing along, scream, and shout...but please, during Arc? people need to get past societal norms and start cleansing their souls.

ARC ARC ARC WOW WOW WOW I saw it in Toronto. this summer. Ive seen Pearl Jam about 12 times... never heard ARC before. That night at massey hall. was INCREDIBLE. Im geting goose bumps now, months later thinking about it. I cant put into words, how amazing that show was. Thanks Eddie.
You haven't lived until you have seen this performed live. I saw it at Massey Hall in Toronto in August 2 nights in a row and it is by far the closest that I think I will ever get to a religous experience.
i was at united palace theater on monday. it was chill inducing. i love eddie's intention here but it comes nowhere close to his live performance of Arc now. he has surely perfeted it. it was awesome.
That was simply amazing. I haven't heard any of the Arc's from 2003, and I've only heard the Vedder performance from his solo show. What an amazing thing to watch!
i love eddie, what a sad song if your know what it is for. this is why pearl jam is the shit and all you fuckwers talking shit should go fuck yourself. he is close to god and the fucking man along with his great band. please have respect you assholes do those comments
I really hate all the Pearl Jam fans who seem to have a problem with people having fun at concerts(and there are a lot of them) but I don't get why people always start saying 'woo!!!' and 'fuck yeah!!!' during this song,a bit of silence would be a bit more appropriate don't ya think....

Its called rock n roll! What are you like 70 and forgot already what its like to be young and at a show??? Sounds like you should be in to string quartets or symphonies, you'll get what you want there!!!

Arc reminds me of indians, because of this spheric singing! And he made it because of his indian ancestrals i think^^.. i dont know
MickeyCollena 3 years ago
he made it as a tribute to those who list their lives during their show at the roskilde festival

I think it's disrespectful that the people is screaming and whistling during this.
They should shut up an respect the deceased.
