I don't think we can judge their dancing based on this video, it wouldn't be fair since The Saturdays were dancing AND singing in all of the bits in the "Dancing" category and Girls Aloud were just dancing in a break of the songs (except for Something Kinda Ooh). I'm a huge fan of The Saturdays and I just don't like Girls Aloud's music. I like Cheryl, I like Nicola, I know they all can sing, but I only like about 3 or 4 songs of theirs. So yeah, The Saturdays all the way!

There albums have all been top 10 apart from 1 that was at 11 and the sats have to but they're recent one was at 23. Also, all off girls aloud's songs have been top 10 apart from untouchable which got 11., and with the sats the same but work 22 and my heart takes over at 15. Either way GA are better, and more successful. They're uk's biggest girl band
I love the Saturdays but when you compared the two bands in your video, Girls Aloud came out on top every time. There is something epic...kinda legendary about Girls Aloud. They are more polished overall. Also, I much prefer Girls Aloud music. It is smart pop, not basic. Its no surprise All Fired Up is one of my favorite Sats songs...(Xenomania) But even then, I prefer any Girls Aloud B-Side to most of the Sats discography.
the saturdays are mixed cultures and are all sexy looking they have much better songs and being grounded is much better than slutty
also where are girls aloud now the saturdays are strong and will never end up like that plus nadine said the other day she never got on well with her band she only sang and never saw them for the rest of the day
The Saturdays at least have 3 realy strong vocalists in Vanessa, Rochelle and Una.
Only Nadine can truly carry a tune in Girls Aloud, Cheryl, Kimberley and Sarah sound like screeching hyena's.
Songswise I have loved all The Saturdays material, I think Girls Aloud early stuff sounds really dated and cheap now but the stuff they did before splitting was ok.
However girls aloud are a more polished group, they dance a lot better than the saturdays and have more stage presence. Arguably that is due to the choreography itself, girls aloud always had great choreo, the saturdays routines are awful
THE SATURDAYS, girls aloud songs are basic to sing and are typical xenomania jingles whereas the saturdays actually have songs that require strong vocals ( up,work, forever is over,chasing lights).

They sing incredibly as a group!
They each have amazing individual voices and each are different so they go SO well together!
They dance amazingly, in time with eachother as well as singing incredibly while dancing!
Each of them are so beautiful inside and out and they have such good chemistry between them!
I don't know much about Girls Aloud but The Sats are so amazing I know, they're the BEST girlband!

Individual singer? So tough, I cant call it, but its between Vanessa or Nicola.
Dances better? Probably girls aloud.
