Assalamualaikum Wrwb dear sister :) I really enjoy watching your videos, may Allah reward u 4 de good. However dear sister, I have to check though, which verses of the Qur'an may have stated about the 'washing after touching dogs when wet' part. I did come across them as guarding/hunting animals (Quran 18:18, 18:22 and 5:4) but still wondering about the 'samak' part. I have heard/read dogs n pigs eating their poops..so that's logical 4 me about their saliva :)

The arguement that pigs and dogs are the most dangerous animals is complete rubbish. The most dangerous animal is actually an insect. The mosquito has been responsible for over 100 million human deaths in history. Malaria is one of humans most feared diseases. Another animal that is dangerous is the rat. The black plague killed over 1million people in my country england. So I say, dont allow religion to blind you. Think for yourself and use facts. Dont rely on 1 book alone.

Women body are beautiful and precious,every part of women body can turns men on.With today's life, with someone, well someone like you who thinks bcoz its 2010, people should put aside honour and respect for women. @KalimaShaktide there r tons videos of Muslim converts frm US and Oz women who decided to cover their bodies out of their own will. and so did i. if u want truth, listen 2 their story. it is for God, not because some man told us to! it's an unfortunate misconception, because yes in some parts of the world ppl r forced 2 wear it, n a lot of problems arise because of extremism rather then understanding. plus, wearing almost nothing in public is also extremism, isn't it? but human rights, right?

and i must add, when i covered up for God, it's because i realized His wisdom. i obeyed because i have been through the whole being 'uncovered'...and yes, i do it because of men...meaning, i've had enough of trying to attract attention that way, or have this silent envy thing between other women. covering up is about modesty. it's about self-respect really. and it's about a lot of other things which i learned over time. Praise and thanks be to Him. we can condemn, on things we know not...

Pigs eat anything anywhere and anytime, sounds like humans. Pigs hosts parasites. Guess what dumb $hit so do humans. If it wasn't for parasites in out bodies we would die. Most foods we cannot digest with out the parasites in our stomachs. Plus our skin is covered with parasitic bacteria that live breed and die on our bodies. There is more bacteria on average in the human mouth than there are in the dogs. A person that doesn't like does cannot be trusted.

@cynicalmd Oh also, pigs do eat anything anywhere any time. If you have ever been on a pig farm you would know that. Pigs first will eat the fed they are given. If they are in pens with plants in it they will first eat the ones that are best tasting to them and then move over to others that are less pleasing up to and including alone ones they distaste. Not to mention all the things they do not eat. But just about anything a pig will eat a human can too.

Pigs, in their natural state will eat shoots and roots of plants. Unfortunately, they've been forced to eat whatever they can to survive in a domesticated state. The same is TRUE for cattle. Do you realize that cattle yards feed beef cattle chicken crap, (literally anything too) and they'll eat it? You then eat the beef out of the store. Cattle, in their natural state will eat grasses. Dogs, are carnivores and no more dangerous than a human carnivore. Take a look @ REALITY.

WOW!! btw, i did say in the video it's the lecturer who said what he said.not me..malaria is deadly too but i wonder why he mentioned about the two animals and not mosquitoes (his colleague died of malaria btw)..im not the parasitologist who've handled thousands of cases..so please cut me some slack.=)

And there are not 4 kinds of malaria, there is a fifth one: P. falciparum, P malariae, P. knowlesi, P. ovale and P. vivax. The deadliest ones are P. falciparum and P. knowlesi which have the highest incidence in Africa.

I'm intrigued by this video - what is it saying? That 'a professor' said that the two most dangerous animals in the world would be the pig & the dog. Although not a physician, I'm not sure that's true. Was he saying that dogs/pigs are vectors for the largest number of different diseases? That they convey diseases with the highest mortality rates? (A few dogs do transmit rabies.) That their large populations collectively transmit most infections? And why 'sterilise' your hands with soil not soap?

If you know anything about biology you understand that it is way more dangerous to kiss a human then a dog. Bacteria and viruses are for the most part species dependent. So to use that as a reason to not love a dog I feel bad for you. My dog is amazing. Always I come home she's happy to see me, I go to bed she's happy and wants to cuddle with me and sleep. Dogs are one of the most pure expression of love to not have that I truly piety you. If I didn't have my dog, I would be a poorer human.

All you need to know is a basic understanding of biology. Take for example the flu, the 1918 flu pandemic killed 50 million people roughly, more then any war. The flu is passed person to person, not person to dog or dog to person. Also another major killer AIDS that's spread by blood contact with other people. There is nothing a dog can infect us with that even comes close to what humans can infect each other with. Also I do know biology, it was my major, and micro my passion.

@cynicalmd All animals can potentially carry diseases. As far as origins of multilocularisit comes from infected rats. If a person takes care of their dogs properly they wouldn't be eating things like rats. It's abusing dogs that cause them to get that disease. Anyone abusing their dogs deserve to get sick and a lot more. Humans are the most dangerous animal to other humans after that I'd suspect rats, ticks and mosquito's.

Not in the Quran, ukhty, in a hadith and it's about a utensil (something ppl eat from) It's not even so farfetched cause if somebody would ask me about for example a streetcat eating from a plate, I would tell them to wash it with water and detergent and then leave hot water in it for a while just for hygiene.
