North Bay Villas Condo Assn Board Meeting

Is this lady out of her mind? How could it be true that we now have to pay $250K, plus attorney fees because she is breaking a contract? How could she just pick up issues without posting it. I read, §718.1 12(2)(c), F.S.: Posted conspicuously on condominium property at least 48 continuous hours preceding the meeting except in an emergency. Where was the emergency? Why weren't we notified? This is outrageous! This lady needs to be recalled NOW! We shouldn't have to pay for her nonsense!

As a homeowner, I am appalled at the fact that as owners of North Bay Villas Condo Association, we have to pay $30,000.00 in attorney fees to Siegfried, Rivera, Lerner, De La Torre for representation against Adriana Caraballo, $17,500.00 to Katzman & Garfinkle for settlement of representation against Adriana Caraballo's recall last October 2009, $10,000.00 paid to Glazer & Associates, P.A. to represent us regarding false accusations made by Adriana Caraballo.
