Can you make the kale chips ahead of time and then store them in a baggy with a zipper?

@InternetRock Every time I make them, they never last long enough to store, haha! I think they should store for a few days in a baggy. The ones I've seen in the store are packaged in those clear rect. plastics. Let me know if you're able to store them well.
