Jimmer can do it all, he can drive post up hit easy jumpers from at least 5 ft behind the college 3pt line. He also take over a game [Arizona] and hes clutch what else can u ask for. If he played in the Big East the critics would be drooling over him as the next Jordan.
I don't know why people think Jimmer is slow. I guess all the defenders on San Diego State are even slower then right? Nope, the Aztecs are a very good defensive team with speed and Jimmer has put up good numbers on them. We will see when he gets to play in the NBA. I hope he does well.

@deaconduncan5 i dont know man fredette averages 28 points, 3.5 rebounds per game, and 4 assists a game. Nolan smith averages 21 points 5 rebounds and 5 assists, no doubt they are both great players but i think fredette has the edge but thats just my opinion i respect yours

Jimmer may be the second best guard in the nation behind kemba walker of ucoon. The big east is the best conference in america thats why kemba gets the nod. but I think Jimmer will be a great pro. Well, if you don't watch basketball then you might not see why people are saying he's overrated. I personally love Jimmer and want him to succeed in the NBA, but his athleticism begs these questions: can he guard NBA level PGs? Can he step his athleticism up, or is this his physical peak? Can he shoot like this when he will be guarded by people who at are much more talented?
Jimmer's success will depend on what team picks him. A fast pace team can use him well, others cannot.
Additionally, people see him as a more versatile version of JJ, but a few inches shorter. JJ took time to adjust, but became a good player, but not the superstar that he was in college. If Jimmer can adapt his college game to the NBA, he will evolve much faster than JJ(who had to rebuild his game) and become an excellent player. His potential is an enigma because he's not being pushed to his limits as of yet.

Billy White, Kawhi Leonard and Malcolm Thomas are EASILY as athletic as ANY frontline in the country....Big East included.

Jimmer may be the second best guard in the nation behind kemba walker of ucoon. The big east is the best conference in america thats why kemba gets the nod. but I think Jimmer will be a great pro. He storong and is quicker than most people think. His shotting range starts in the parking lot. If he can learn to play point and and play D he will make a big impaact on an nba team

Jimmer is "almost" the Pistol incarnate....if poor ol Pete had the 3 point line in college, he would have been launching shots as soon as he crossed the 3 point line, Jimmer not quite as good of a shooter....Rick Mount would be proud.....Jimmer is also almost as good of passer.....I haven't seen as good of player in college since Scott Skiles...Jimmer is better than Skiles....I stopped watching basketball since Bird retired, I'm back now because of Jimmer!!!!

For all you people who think Jimmer is over rated... Why is he the scoring leader in D 1? and why are all the sports casters calling him the most exciting player in college basketball? Well, if you don't watch basketball then you might not see why people are saying he's overrated. I personally love Jimmer and want him to succeed in the NBA, but his athleticism begs these questions: can he guard NBA level PGs? Can he step his athleticism up, or is this his physical peak? Can he shoot like this when he will be guarded by people who at are much more talented?
Jimmer's success will depend on what team picks him. A fast pace team can use him well, others cannot.

Additionally, people see him as a more versatile version of JJ, but a few inches shorter. JJ took time to adjust, but became a good player, but not the superstar that he was in college. If Jimmer can adapt his college game to the NBA, he will evolve much faster than JJ(who had to rebuild his game) and become an excellent player. His potential is an enigma because he's not being pushed to his limits as of yet.

Digger phelps, hell even Sir Charles Barkley called him a scoring machine today i believe even before they whooped up on a Gonzaga team that looked AWESOME against St Johns. Billy White, Kawhi Leonard and Malcolm Thomas are EASILY as athletic as ANY frontline in the country....Big East included.

Look at Tennessee, they lost to Division II Indianapolis, mid major Oakland, and Charlotte. But, they also knocked off, at the time # 3 Pitt, # 7 Villanova, and # 22 Memphis.
