I am curious where you are at with your calorie consumption...it seems when you started eating dates it started to fall inline for you. I have been 100% for a while now - but I still feel like my weight goes up when I eat more - and I am not eating where I should be so it still feels like a slippery slope. Curious where you are at with all of it..Thanks for the videos - keep 'em coming!
Love it Vicky!! I will try this, I love kale salad, but never thought of rubbing each leaf with the avocado for good coverage, can't wait to try it! You daughter is so cute, & it's great that she is learning all this at a young age!! Blessings ; )
