  • merde mix

  • Al sang a shared lead in "isnt she pretty' and sang may i have this dance on stage (eddie sang the studio version) he also sang next to Paul on the stage performace of i want a love I can see.

  • I'm a witness to these days and somehow I never heard this until the Tube came along. Of course the Temps undoubtedly had trouble getting airplay at this early stage, same with Miracle Records. Well, I feel it's one of their best ever, has alot of diff phases. Turns out it was on their I believe first album, but I was a 45 junkie.

  • Is that Otis's voice in the beginning? Wow! He should not have hid it so much.

  • Yep. Otis sings first, then Melvin, then Paul.

And it actually is Brian Holland singing the high parts, according to Otis' book.

  • i LIKE TO CHA CHA OFF OF THIS

  • this is one kick-ass song!!! - I wonder why it wasnt included on their first Anthology album??

  • One of my all time faves along with For Your Wonderful Love. These weren't big hits, but are in fact dynamite on all levels.

  • um no Otis said Eddie isnt on this song, and davis didnt join till almost 1964

  • Eddie was/is singing on this song. the only

member that was not their was David. He was

not a member at that time. The Original member was Elbridge "Al" Bryant and it was he

    that David Ruffin replaced

  • i really like this song

  • You sound like Zero from GTA San Andreas.

  • - Otis Williams very rarely sings lead, focusing instead on his role as the group's leader and organizer, and as the background "tenor in the middle." The Smokey Robinson-penned "Don't Send Me Away" on The Temptations with a Lot o' Soul (1967) is a rare showcase for Williams singing lead.-

  • Here is a song with Otis singing lead: You will have to type this in the search box: Otis Williams and the temptations I aint got nothing.

  • -damn otis done got on dat bitch his part was hard too -

  • I love this song. I think Otis sung the introdction, but i'm not sure. Otis sins lead on one song on the albume "With A Lot Of Soul" titled "Don't Send Me Away".. Paul poured his soul in everything he sang.....

  • paul can sing rings around that arrogant no-singing otis

  • nice music! great job men!

  • I first heard this cool song on a Temptation's compilation CD I bought a few years ago. Paul is THE man! Thanks!

  • The opening voice there is Otis Williams. Not too shabby, huh?

  • Eldride Bryant was a tenor, its his voice you hear on the high note on the Temps song "Baby Baby I Need You" not sure exactly when he was with The Dramatics but he wasnt with them for too long, he died in 1975

  • Really When With The Dramantics...Nd Was He A Baritone Singer Or Tenor?

  • from what ive been told he didnt ever sing lead on anything, but he did also have a breif stint with The Dramatics

  • I Have One Mystering Question About The Temptations, Did Original Memeber Eldridge Brynat Ever Sing Any Lead Parts While With The Tempts?

  • According to the books wriiten on The Temptations, that would be a no

  • how the hell should i know i wasnt around in 1961

  • Where Was Eddie Kendricks?

  • well according to Otis Williams himself, not all the Temptations were around when this song was recorded, i just assumed it was Eddie, since its Brian or Eddie Holland singing the high parts

  • Have you ever heard Gene Chandler's version on Constellation. Eddie Kendricks was on this record!
