It does. This week 5000 metric tons of enriched uranium was removed and sold to canada (iraq sold it and got the money, not the US). What is this video trying to convey? What's the message? We did not win the war in Veitnam due to a lack of military strength or military assets, it was because the people on capital hill were trying to run the show and not let the Generals do their job.
