Oh it did.

$30 garbage can, $20 tank on the back, $30 in glue (I used al super glue, very pricey), about $35 in spray paint, theres REAL hardware on there, including copper plumbing hardware, so that was about $120, $9 each for the pants and shirt, $20 rain boots, $15 for the belts, $10 for the 'weights', and the rest went into misc stuff like wire and water jugs and paper mache mix and the threading on the drill. I know now it could have been cheaper, but I was a novice at this back then

what happened to the bars on its face. There all bent up, unlike worklog 3. Great costume all the same. As soon as I get a good camera I'll upload my costume. It's pretty cool, it lights up where his eyes are. Several people took pictures of me on halloween and one person even asked if I got an award.
