@miraclemuaythai yeah, i've tightened my goyem up a lot since this vid, but o think i'm gonna have to redo this video with my friend who had solid muay thai skills...though I'm more about the fitness aspect in the grand scheme of things here, I still want proper form to be shown...thanks for the input!
I'm not sure if the wierd camera angle is to make it look more intense or if ts trying to hide how terrible the guy hitting the pads is, but hey, props for promoting fitness with padwork instead of cardio kickboxing.
