I did not even know this came out as a big box edition. I knew Super Metriod did as i saw it on Ebay going for a ludicrous amount. Im surprised Link To The Past did not follow suit

@7dakid it's not a remake, it's a sequel, it's called Donkey Kong Country Returns. You should check out the E3 trailer for it! It comes out in November!

@TheMindshifter Well I got it for £28.95 on "Buy it Now!" so something similar to that. I'm not looking to make a profit on it, I just wanna get what I paid for it back or as much as I can.

@ggrobinson123 Yeah, exactly, unless you wanted to buy a sealed one, and considering this unsealed one was £95 I DREAD to think what a sealed one would cost, I may be a collector, but even I would rather have a few scuffs than fork over hundreds upon hundreds of a pound for a sealed version of this!

There's a sealed Super Metroid Big Box Edition on Ebay.co.uk atm, and it's mega ass expensive!

Always wanted to start collecting and playing SNES games, but they always seem to be harder to find and more expensive then Mega Drive games in the U.K.

@ImNotADoctor5 They are, well boxed and complete anyway, probably because the boxes were cardboard and were probably just seen as packaging that served no purpose, like if you bought a box of chocolates or something.

@kris4anski Neither did I until a few days ago when I stumbled upon this whilst searching for Donkey Kong Country 2 boxed on Ebay XD

The same seller that sold me this also had the Yoshi's Island one for sale for a similar price and I bought it as soon as I saw it. (Hence why I plan to sell my other copy on Ebay)

@kris4anski I'm not sure how much I plan to buy NES games to be honest, I don't have a huge attachment to 8 bit gaming, I mean I didn't have a SNES as a kid sure but I did have a Mega Drove and I discovered a lot of these franchises when I got my Gamecube so while I never had these games as a kid, I still have emotional attachment to them regardless.

(save for odd exceptions like Yoshi's Island which I played a lot on a friend's GBA and have A LOT of nostalgia for it)
