To answer the question about the first song. I believe it is "Montroot". There is a video on it here on youtube. It is tricky to tell if they are both the same song, but when watching the Montroot video I noticed that certain portions of the piece sounded similar to the first song from this video. Also keep in mind that Andreas likes to incorporate a lot of improv into his performances. Thusly it can be hard to tell sometimes if we've heard something before.
