@exodor1 It's heavy, so it tends to even out your picking movements a little bit, but that's a very minute improvement. You know how a thick pick tends to sound darker and ore mellow than a thin one? But thin picks tend to bend and we don't want that for fast picking. Metal, on the other hand, can be thin and very hard, so you can ad a lot of high end to your sound by playing with a metal pick :)
