vote rigging has it's limits, I know of a lot of people who didn't chose their candidates, because their candidates are not popular and will not win anyway, or just because survey says, this guy has high ratings, or it's just like they don't like the other popular candidate to win, and all other wrong reasons to vote for somebody, sum those reasons up and it makes vote rigging easier, like for instance, kahit anong daya ang gawin ni BF hinding hindi mananalo sa eleksyon yun, neither Gibo.

Actually it has become a chicken and egg situation, whereby 'di na natin alam kung sinong may problema, if it is the government, or si itay na nagpapaaral, but I think the latter is a more controllable variable than the people in the government, sabi nga "Kung gusto may paraan, kung ayaw maraming dahilan" may mga mahihirap naman na nagtagumpay naman sa buhay, I think lack of education or poverty is always getting over represented, and it's over-representation is keeping us "mahirap"...

It is true that some people with less education are also successful but you are looking on just a few instead of looking on the entire masses of people.
