  • @Dave19061 Those are 45's, and I'm actually not too sure how big my arms were at this point. I never measured.

  • would you recommend scrawny guys to skip out the whole plyometrics,kenpo,yoga and cardio excercises for the whole 90 days if they are trying to bulk up?

  • @everydaysoopsaaah If your main goal is to gain mass, you want to do as little cardio as possible. Head over to my site iwanttogetripped*com and type in "gain mass with P90X" in the search box. Browse around and you will find some great posts.

  • haha these videos you have posted have inspired me, I am only 17 years old and a little skinny but i want to gain as much muscle as what you currently have. I did see on your website some tips on how to gain weight/muscle. I mean currently I weigh 150lbs and my goal is 170+.I also got a question about your dumbells...can you use the same weights that come with a bench barbell.I do not have the money to buy mutlple dumbells sets,I would like to buy the removable weight dumbells like what you have

  • @Shldssoccer42 You should consider getting resistance bands.

  • @Shldssoccer42 yea you can, get adjustable dumbells, but key is work out right, eat right, eat alot, eat after workout and get sleep

  • I train in mma and also do lots of Conditioning and weights, I'm curious if I would see better results with P-90x, I'm very athletic, I do use the P-90x ab routine my friend gave me, I'm able to repeat it 3 times in a row so I'm in pretty good shape.

    I"m curious on how much your strength went up in the 90 days and also how much your weight went up or down.

    Also if you don't mind me asking how many cals a day you consume?

  • @TommyGUN185lbs During my first round I lost 25lbs, but that's what I was going for. During my 2nd round, I made some adjustments to put back on some muscle. Also, my strength increased quite a bit during my 90 days. I started out curling 30's and moved up to 40's by the end of my 90 days. Now, I'm using 45's or 50's.

    Right now I'm taking in about 2,200 cals per day, but am about to start increasing again.

  • OH MY GOD, YOU ARE A BEAST, and oh yea coach, last time i talked to you was probably 2 months ago, and once again i had stopped p90x workout, but about 4 weeks ago I got my head out of my rear and acually got passed the 2nd week, Im such an idiot, i look back and i could have been on my 3rd round by now, but w.e dont look at the past, future is what matters right? Im on my 3rd week 2nd day today doing DOUBLES baby, thanks to your site help, ive already lost 6 pounds, thats 2 pounds a week!!

  • you look like such a bad ass in this video. as for the comment below, everyone holds their breath breifly during workouts. the important part is inhaling and exhaling, it's pitiful that you would rate someone 1 star for the great results he has had,

  • how did you get hurt? and you used 50's on each different type of curl?!

  • @oldgreg1020 I broke my hand about 3.5 months ago. I used to do 50's with each curl exercise.

  • 40's a hard go by most peoples standards man, good on ya, you'll be back at 50 in no time. i just went and got por style weights like those 2 days ago with 110 pound of weight. just remember the handles usually weight 5 pounds a peice i think?

    so maybe your doing 45 oo you animal! giver dude. your my inspiration.

  • @Vallaris Thanks bro! I've moved up already since the injury, but I can only make it through about 4 exercises with the heavier weight until there's too much pain. However, I am making progress, and that's all that counts.

  • @pats1728b Yeah it is. You need to focus on the correct amount of reps using proper form. For example, if you're aiming for 8-10 reps, but you really scarifice form to get those reps, then you can injure yourself.
