This boss is relatively easy when you learn his patterns. When i first fought him I had a bit of trouble but once you understand what he does its cake. Basically, when you see him crouch and tense, stand close but not to close, then when he jumps slide under. When he stomps, stand close to his foot but still a little far and crouch. He'll stomp over you. When you see him wind up his fist, just get as far away as possible. Finally, when he covers his head, just stay away, then be prepared slide

Ranged glyphs make it even easier than that since you can attack during his own attacks. This is especially funny if you have Melio Cultur (an endgame glyph).

Also if he pins you in the corner after he does his stomp move/thing, he'll punch the SHIT out of you 'till you die, it's happened to me a couple of times. XD

His death animation is a reference to Raoh from Fist Of The North Star. When he dies, he lifts his fist to the sky, sending his energy to the heavens..or something.

Hmm... I used Pnuema instead of Vol Confordore (either avoiding the ceiling fragments or using the Glyph union to destroy them if I couldn't), but your way is a lot more efficient. And the zombie is ingenious. Good job!

I used two types of attacks. First I softened it up by hitting it over and over with the sword glyph union until I ran out when I had a chance. Then I started using Pnuema. He's weak to slash so it's effective to just keep throwing shit like that at him. Once I figured out you can duck under him when he walks towards you this fight became a lot easier since I've found despite one video, that 100 hand slap is checkmate no matter where you seem to stand once he gets you in that corner.

I don't know why, but he reminds me of Raoh from Fist Of The North Star/Hokuto No Ken.

His hairstyle is kinda similar, he's huge,

punches incredibly fast, and when he dies, he raises his arm and a beam of light take shines upon him, just like what happened to Raoh on the end of the first series.

This game is indeed hard.

But I truly loved it.

It feels like a true Castlevania, though I still liked the other 2 DS CV games.

Why would he? David killed Goliath with a SMALL PEBBLE to the forehead(1 Hit KO by God's grace. David threw, God blew the stone). Shanoa had to kill him with Daggers, rapers and took forever to kill UNDEAD Goliath.

He's pretty devastating though slow. I used the Vol Ascia against Goliath. I also did hide between his legs or foot step during my first few try. ^^

going between his legs, that's a smart idea. I fought him today and died about five or six times before I killed him. I equipped the Von Falcis on both my arms. Also everytime he did that combo hand thing, I knew how to dodge it but not your way of doing it which is pretty smart.

Woah, I never thought of going between his legs, I'd always back dash and spam attacks on him while he tried to kick me to the wall, then all the way against he wall his punch combo couldn't hurt me. That zombie is pretty ingenious too, I had to dodge the debris manually lol =/
