Why are you people arguing about the sales? Most of the consoles are bought by parents who don't know shit about gaming and don't really know what they're buying. Wii is an outdated, gimmicky, childish console with no real hardcore player base or any real, modern games. The graphics are comparable to the PS2 and the only reason why it sells so much is because old people get a hard-on when they hear "motion control". Deal with it fanboys, your console is completely irrelevant.

@theFFVIguy What the hell are you talking about? The PS3 is clearly much more advanced than the Wii, the graphics are better, the games are much more advanced and everything is just better on the PS3 or the Xbox 360.

All the Wii has are shitty rehashes of the old Nintendo games, which were only good 25 or so years ago. As I said, the only people who buy the Wii are those who don't know shit about video games.

i bought it

had amazing fun an awe for 1.5 days

then i had nothing else to do

wasted 60 $

at least i got wii motion plus with it >:(

iv been looking forward to red steel 2 ever since the first game because it one of the only game that iv actualy like other than main titles ie zelda (why i bort wii) mario cart and super smash bro

howevwe i dont like the looks of the stileing as much i like the japanese look of the old one but it still red steel and that what i care bout ;D

I'm more of a hardore gamer, so im glad this is comin out.. i do have a wii, but i dont play it as much as my 360.. wii has more games for casual gamers than they have for hardcore gamers, imo.

Nintendo have fully revolutionised the gaming industry with the not just the motion plus accessory but all of their various peripherals designed for the WII.

I dont like to think of myself as a casual gamer because the only time im not playing wii is when my controllers are recharging.

Go nintendo! cant wait to see some starwars light saber duels with this sort of technology... all i gotta do now is wait til march for this sucker to be released!

@ToastyMcMuff do your research that is not accurate, Nintendo had been making games, and spawning new Ideas, for a long time before Sony like the power glove etc. in 1994 they saw Sony making their new system that used disks, and they began to work with Sony on making a disk drive for the SNES. Then they dropped it and began to work with Philips and then they dropped THAT one, and gave Philips the right to Link, Zelda, Ganon, Mario etc. and Philips created the most god awful games ever.

Unfortunately, no. They said that they're trying to focus on making a strong single-player mode; adding multiplayer would subtract from that focus. Sucks, but oh well, gotta take the bitter with the sweet

i told you earlier MOST of the wii games are for casual gamers. but all the hardcore games that's GOING to be lunched with the Wii Motion Plus are going to be way more FUN than PS3/ 360 hardcore Games, if you at least try Wii Sport Resort Sword Fighting Duel You'll know what i mean, imagine a few more stuff like Magic Attacks and fire shots and stuff and you will LOVE the Wii.

The purpose of Wii Sport Resort is testing the Motion Plus and how useful it could be in other games.

i know i'm gonna get thumbed down by a ton of wii players and lovers but i honestly don't care anymore. It is true that wii still sells more consoles than xbox, but xbox has the most active users than wii by a ton which says a lot about the xbox's games and software. you might say what about wii's offline users that are not counted. Well don't forget that xbox has offline users too that don't connect to the internet.

First of all ... your right about the online active gamers, but thats because there is only a few games that worth online gaming on the wii ( wich is one of the wii cons ) but now a few games came out, like The Conduit and CoD : MW Reflex,

but for the offline active players, I dont think they are less than the XBox's offline gamers.

I have to agree with the other dude. I had way more fun playing hardcore games on the Wii than on 360 AND what point is there to argue anyways. It doesn't really matter. I have both a Wii and a 360 and play them both alot. I just like them for different reasons. And this game looks great to me. It has great style, unique gameplay, and it's something new and uses the MotionPlus for something cool. It's not a huge blockbuster but it definetely looks cool.
