  • I was contacted by Kemira water solutions on 10/11/11. They stated that they no longer store Chlorine at this location. This is great news for the North Side community. I have not verified this information, so I welcome any links to documents validating Kemiras position. Lets hope more businesses take steps to keep our communities safe.

  • Move the school? Are you kidding me? Are YOU going to pay the millions of dollars to "move (my) precious school"? How about we stop dumping a majority of the toxins of the entire state in one community. How about we require business to use the safest possible technology to protect us in the event of an accident or attack (which is our argument here). Not that they move, simply that they use the same safer, cost effective protections that many other manufactures willingly provide.

  • O boo who move your precious school if you think it is a health risk you also should do your research and also, you metioned chipping LEAD paint. THINK! Why send little kids to a place that is supposed to be a safe place for them when its about 100 years old, think about it people.
