ok my 2nd time to comment, i'm still obsessed with this song and still hoping and praying for a studio version, her lyrics are nothing short of a genius and her voice, is that of an angel, if i've ever heard one. Gah, she's simply amazing.

Joy said during the tour that the song is indirectly about John Malkovich and Robert Downey Junior so that's where the names come from :)

I just wished there was a studio version. I guess I'll put that on my Christmas List and believe Santa Claus will grant that to me after all i've been good this year just like all Bethany's fans who are wishing for it..........

No worries! I'm definitely not Joy or a friend of hers/ affiliated with her in any way, lol. I'm just a fan like yourself. I only know about the what Joy said about this song from fan accounts during the tour when she talked about it. I'd love it if this or any other old live Joy performance was recorded as well- maybe it will happen one day, you never know look at what happened with Quicksand!
