vivesesdla I'm 5 6 and I am able to reverse 180 dunks. Truthfully, anyone can do it, just follow the right training program. I recommend the training at (50 inch vertical [dot] com) but any workout could be followed if you know they generate results

It does seem like more black people can dunk than white. Maybe white peole are more lazy.
