ya ive got a home made one of these but ive been using chicken wire wit corn in the middle but i hvent checked them in a week hope theres one there but i heard they dont drop on it they usualy drop them around it
i checked my two one was barley touched and the other the corn was gone but i think i jus fed sme squirrels nd does cause my one property is kinda flooded now so not many deer :(
haha no its mostly ice so the deer cant really get to their normal feeding area but ive found two already this year a 130 inch 12 point and the smallest 3 point ive ever seen lol
AH man, Still no video of it actualy working uh? That deer cheated! why was there feed out side of the trap?
I would rig something to make a loud noise when the deer moves the feeder so he bangs his head knocking off the shed. I'm getting very impatient with my deer, they havent dropped yet. They are 2 weeks over due! I dont know whats going on this year??? Between not finding sheds or shootin coyotes, This year is off to a horrible start!
My racktrap is 2 hrs away, so when I went up to fill it , I saw on my cam that he came by the night before, so I put some on the ground to keep him close, then I set on video.
I'm on the edge of town about 20 min away from my spots & I thought that was too far. thats cool that they at least drop near the trap. I just might put out some corn or something just to keep them in the area. who knows? I'm gunna search my keester off on sunday! I'm sure I will find some now.
Ya I know its far but there is alot of deer in that area. That last clip when he puts his hole head in is when he must of lost it. He came back approx 15min later with no rack. It was only 6 feet away from the feeder, out of range of the cam.

That should work.let me know how u make out.I found mine about 6 feet away, and the outher one was rite next to it. My cam was dead on the first one.

thats to bad! so your feeding the ducks? they have sheded here so i'm all done, but i'm still feeding them for the next few weeks.

that sounds like a real nice shed, I found some small ones last year, the smallest 6pt i ever saw.
