Why I idolize Ben Teacher:

That is not a guitar. That it is not just an instrument. It's an extension of him. It is part of him, the guitar is silent without a player. As Victor Wooten says, the music comes from the player, not the gear. And with Benjamin's fluidity and and expression, the guitar is no longer a guitar. It's another mouth, with a different voice, but it speaks the same thing. That is why this man is truly brilliant.
