@PONCHOBBG28 there was 7 murders in montclair last year ... population/rate wise that's more than double the national average ... there is a community near oakland called montclair that is very upper class, maybe the stats you read were for the bay area location
i live in montclair and the city is always calm and i always feel safe walking in the streets
