But video games actually make you smarter because it teaches you how people DO make games and movies! i know how castle crashers work and i only had it for 5 dayz. all it is a bunch of drawing . that move around. ALSOME
Now hold on guys. This is NOT "I like video games a lot" sort of addiction. Wasn't there someone who DIED by playing too much? This kind of addiction is not good last time I checked. I understand the drastic steps and paranoia of video game addiction.
But seriously? Putting them in the military? Errr....so they give real guns instead of virtual ones. Right. Sign me up!
@infringementMAN - No, I think those are those lazer guns that cops use in training. But really, even though most of us are not addicted, it's still insulting.
Me and my brother do martial arts and we usually train an hour before we train or else we cant play. though now with ff 13 its kinda diffrent. i have it but havent opened it because i know that as soon as i do my grades will go down. im gonna open it on spring break, though im gonna get some work done and after that is met, itll be my reward. videogameing too much is bad, but you can balance it out by doing paintball if you like FPS or martial arts if your into fighting games.
I guess for them, any reason is good enough to get their young generation to do military training. I wonder if the same "service" is offered to people over 50 who have the same addiction.
You're right there about the covert army. Or the idea of a training/bringing it to real life, could've inspired real life would be criminals. (esp. Cho, the VTech shooter. Interesting this video was posted here on THAT day, April 16, 2007?!)
Saw this the other day. Pretty intense. It's not loading for me right now on here. I believe they say they do this boot camp like thing to enhance their social skills. Many believe video games and virtual worlds will do this as well. I think they can find some better games to play than ones that have guns. It would be a great way to train a new covert army!

i find it amusing that you think a small timeframe of ten months somehow changes the fact you made a moronic statement. grats on broken logic
