this guy rips off alot of senior citizens of their money in California.He was the one holding the money for "tongteen" in california and now he fled the country to go back to Cambodia.He first fled cambodia because he was afraid for his life,the Viets didnt like it when he make fun of viet.I bet he'll fled cambodia again.He better not come back to California or else he gonna be sorry.I hope the viet gets to him first
