I taught myself to pitch with both feet on the rubber instead of rocking back off the rubber creating a leap which is an illegal pitch but is rarely called.

why is it that the majority of the pitchers in fastpitch (men) crow hop? I never did that when i used to pitch out in Cali

@MarkBearTN - It depends on what Association is sanctioning that league or tournament. Different rules in different assoc.

Is it that good here? I'm in Austin, and we're about to hire a pitcher from Oklahoma for the 4th of July Tourney in San Antonio. It does seem like the quality of play in our area is ridiculous.
