I live in Brantford, those are the old cop cars. The new ones are navy blue and white. It's illegal to film anyone that doesn't want you to, it's a municipal law in this area.

Nor do you have to give them any information period unless they have the legal right to detain or investigate you believing you have done a crime. If they put a hand on you or detain you, it is false arrest.

i live in toronto i remember i had my cellphone and filmed the Toronto Emergency Task Force arriving to a call, it was getting late so i biked home which is a 5 min bike ride all the police offiers smiled at me they didn't really mind since i wasn;t interfering with whats happening

@creepshow28 Have you considered that the police abuse there authority you creep! I've had to call the police services board 8 times to complain about police misconduct. Out of the eight times I've called them, 6 have been given really serious repramands, and the rest warnings! Now as a result the police when they run my actual name through there very intrusive dada base, it will say: "WARNING! Do not provoke! Has history of calling PSB!" So they wil think twice!
