The TEPCO owners & workers dedicated their lives to enabling the means for a global nuclear disaster. It would NOT matter if they worked for free. They knowingly decided to maintaining the materials that created a global nuclear disaster within a well-known highly active earthquake and Tsunami zone. I can't think of anything more immoral.
