Hey guys i have never managed to activate my pineal gland before, but just now I was meditating, i was doing it for about 10 minutes and I felt completely relaxed and then all of a sudden I felt as if my body just plunged. @RudiL94 that's great (: it's how it's suppose to be. there's a lot to cover the basics of what happens during a true meditation, but the main thing is to stop all thoughts and observe yourself breathing (NOT controlling) your breath until you no longer need to breathe. the shifts/jolts are normal. control you're emotional state/show no fear nor excitement. keep it neutral and keep doing this everyday for as long as you can, preferably more than 20 mins. i'd tell you more, but i'm out of space.

Hey guys i have never managed to activate my pineal gland before, but just now I was meditating, i was doing it for about 10 minutes and I felt completely relaxed and then all of a sudden I felt as if my body just plunged. Like every part of me just fell suddenly, I didn't know what this was so I quickly got up, should I of not got up and just carried on? Please reply

@RudiL94 that's great (: it's how it's suppose to be. there's a lot to cover the basics of what happens during a true meditation, but the main thing is to stop all thoughts and observe yourself breathing (NOT controlling) your breath until you no longer need to breathe. the shifts/jolts are normal. control you're emotional state/show no fear nor excitement. keep it neutral and keep doing this everyday for as long as you can, preferably more than 20 mins. i'd tell you more, but i'm out of space.

But as I mentioned below, something doesn't add up here. I've asked this question of other people who make pineal gland vids, but not one person has ansered it thus far: If the 'elites' are consuming pineal glands (or somehow consuming it's essence, or the 'active ingredients') for the trans-dimensional vision it gives - then they would SEE truths about this life, and the next; they would SEE that the energy we put out, is what comes back to us (karmic law); and thus - they would SEE that they are all destined for rebirth in a hell-world.

Lol, the problem with "activating" these things is that you still have to deal with other people and things that are unaware or unactivated if you will. Therefore the experience and wisdom sort of disipate because alot of people dont really deal with life realisticly. I''ve seen this all seeing eye several times when I was about 12 years old. Lol, I didn't need any meditation. I actually had visions of this eye when I was getting high. It's pretty cool because it does let you feel right or experience "bliss".
Lol, I've also seen the divine dna strand in a dream."only once" . It too lets you experience bliss. There's also a dream/vision of some type of large computer that seems to control the fate of everything that exists, eventually though.
