i don't know what rules are in US but here in Latvia i would just drive inside with front, one wheel on sidewalk with one wheel or what it called where the grass is, and then just turn steering wheel to opposite side and drive till wheel is on road again :D its faster

@JemellsTube Yes, because if you turn it all the way to the left, the car will move a bit away from the curb, so it would be straight. After that, you would have to straighten your self up and move closer to the car infront of you if you aren't already

i dont know why people do it like this. Ive always been a fan of the dip and zip. Approach the space and turn into it then out, then reverse.

That way your lined up perfectly every time. Saves a lot of strain on your neck.

Pull up 2-3 feet away from the car to the side of you, while in a reverse motion turn the wheel all the way to the right, and when the back of your front seat is in line with the rear bumper(of the car your parking behind) steer the wheel straight until your front fender can clear the other car back left bumper. Adjust from there if needed.
