should i start training 2 run missions and pvp with 11m mining/industrial character or use new with 2m directly into that type of skills ?

@Wargargble It really depends. For pvp you dont really need much SP, t1 fitted rifter is good enough to have fun.
For missions you will probably have to invest more SP, a t2 tanked battleship is required for Level 4 missions.
