I go to brown! Im actually one class under her though so sometimes on thursdays shes leaving a class i go into. Its really cool, when she first got there though everyone was like WTF... but now its pretty normal. Im really glad that i get to go to the same school as her.

You know, I really love how few pictures and videos have popped up online of Emma at Brown. I'm sure everyone at that school probably has access to a camera or video camera and a ton of douches could probably film her in class or walking on campus and such -- but no one really has. And I think that is a wonderful testament to the students of Brown wanting to protect her privacy and also just trying to treat her with respect.

@lazerbeak2125 It's comments like this that piss me off. She has every right to go to school if that's what she wants. I give her A LOT of credit for attending Brown and for dorming there. Imagine how hard it would be to make true friends, knowing who she is? Her roommate wasn't exactly perfect, either. Apparently she would take Emma's things without asking, not return them, etc. And Hollywood aint all it's cracked up to be.

And despite being at the risk of appearing shallow by judging people's intelligence by their academic achievements, she's smart to me bcuz she got straight As in her A levels, could have gone to Oxbridge but turned down. In answer to your question, it was her idea. She said in an interview, that she felt most teenagers at some point experiment with their hair eg. dye it or have a major change in style.

She never got to have that because she would have got in trouble due to filming, so, now that filming is over, she has done what teenagers have been doing for years! Don't slate her for that?
