I got the extac same one as this one. But I sprayed mine green after getting it home. I have had mine for a few years. I *just* did a quick review on mine aswell.

i have one of the brass candle lantern and i have the Pac-Flat Reflector by uco and in a tent it shines light right under the lantern .

and side reflector

there are a good items to add to and camp/emergency kits

wow. that is taking it back to our roots. i love watching candles burn. its comforting to sit in the wavering light. cool. it would be excellent for when the power is out. zombite apocalypse equipment. cool

Be sure to not burn the citronella candles in an area with poor ventilation.

There are a lot of LED lanterns that are much more efficent measured by light output and weight, but the candle lantern can't be beat in terms of rustic coziness.

I always carried a rectangle of aluminium foil to wrap around the glass chimmney so I could keep it burning while sleeping in my tent.
