I really did love summoning Anima he was just so badass... but afterwards I always felt sorry for him, the way he's chained up and also the way that his attack are so powerful that they even cause him harm, Seymour summoning him made me hate Seymour even more.
@fireilluminator there's a sidequest to obtain anima....the fayth of anima is Seymour's mom. won't tell more because it's major spoilers...but yeah... and anima ROOOOCKS! i love her design...and her Hymn of the Fayth is so sad....it give me the chills.

@DARTHVADER124354 Yuna isn't that bad when they're all stat capped, but Rikku, Wakka and Tidus will always be the most powerful combo. Magus Sisters, Anima and Yojimbo are lolsishly powerful summons, but they can be dispelled.
You know... the thing that bugs me most about this game is that there was no water elemental aeon. How hard would it have been to slip in Leviathan, even as a bonus aeon? He's an old favorite water-type summon.
That's, actually really quite well done. The sound mixing is brilliant. I'm a huge fan of the Hymn, especially Bahamut and Valefor's. Well, well done.

I loved Valefor's relationship with Yuna. She always seemed, in a sense, to give off an aura of protectiveness over Yuna. That feeling was then further instilled in Dissidia Duodecim, when she appears in Yuna's victory pose and spreads her wings around Yuna, as if she were shielding her.

@LocoPuFf2342 It's not actually Japanese. It's a made-up language of thrown around letters that make the lyrics. Nobuo Uematsu did a tricky thing there, where you can actually go read what it's supposed to be in Japanese/English, and see how they threw around the letters in comparison.

This is my fav game out of everything. I thought everything was so beautiful and adventurous and the fayth was one of the most magical things about this game. The epic romance between a summoner on a pilgrimage for the greater good and a mysterious man from another world was astounding. Yevon, a traditional belief by all of spira ruled by corrupt leaders. The music is so amazing. Narrated by the main character and breakthrough cinematic's, this is the RPG amongst all RPG's.
I have played through the game 7 times now. No matter what, i always find something new in the game. This last time was my fastest. This game will always be ranked at the top of my book. The music of this game is just breath taking. So were the graphics. If some one can beat 7 hours for completing the main game. Which is up until the last boss. let me know. oh. and no game overs.

@kaiokomoninja I believe it is the fayth feeding off a collective memory from the citizens of Zanarkand. This is when Tidus starts to realize he may be a living dream that has manifested from that memory. Horrific though it may be, it shows that those who have died from the hand of Sin still are trying to live. It is hard to understand. I still dont understand, I have played through it about 12 times now.
Nearly two years were spent on this game by me and my best friend, not because it was hard, because we refused to play it without the other. It was a mixed emotion I felt when we finished it. Something that had become such an epic we were sharing, so much more epic than it already was. I felt sad when we finished it. It was done, and we would never find something to last us two years again. This sad dirge truely embodies what I felt on that day we finished Final Fantsy X, an epic for the ages.

@DawnMarie121, it was also my first RPG game. Like you I didn't kwow I was entering a world that I could never leave. Now I'm still in it, for ever. Final Fantasy are unique, and FFX was my gate. I'll never live without it.

This vid made me sad... I really got upset when I had to kill the Aeons. Then in FFX-2 you had to kill them again (albeit they were "dark") and I was sad again. Sheesh! But this is a good upload all the same. ^_^
Anima wasnt easy to get. very easy to miss. basically you find all the "secrets" in the temples' cloisters. then u go to his temple in the ocean and boom.
Anima is easy to get, what are you talking about? So long as you get the item in the chest in from Macalania temple you can get him (since you can't revist Macalania temple. You can't revisit Bevelles', either, but Bevelles' is literally impossible to miss)
to me this was the best ff game although i couldnt figure out how to get anima or magnus sisters ive played all the ps2 ones after this and this was still the best ffx 2 lacked all the intensity this one did and there was no tidus or auron ffx2 was mainly fanservice lol
In the International + Last mission you can play with Auron and Tidus + other characters I don't have it but but it must be better then the normal version.

At one point he -was- a summoner, but he stopped when he had to sacrifice his mother. He's a coward that killed his father and let his mother die in vain, hence his douche-bagged-ness. On the inside he hates himself so much that he won't let himself die just to continue torturing himself. I think n.n

I love the Song of the Faith. I love this game.

When I played this game it was my first rpg. I had no idea what I was getting into. This is one of the best Video games ever. It makes u cry. I didnt know how deep involved with the characters I would get. Its like a great book that u can never part from. 10stars. great video.

This vid made me sad... I really got upset when I had to kill the Aeons. Then in FFX-2 you had to kill them again (albeit they were "dark") and I was sad again. Sheesh! But this is a good upload all the same. ^_^

Anima wasnt easy to get. very easy to miss. basically you find all the "secrets" in the temples' cloisters. then u go to his temple in the ocean and boom.

Anima is easy to get, what are you talking about? So long as you get the item in the chest in from Macalania temple you can get him (since you can't revist Macalania temple. You can't revisit Bevelles', either, but Bevelles' is literally impossible to miss)

to me this was the best ff game although i couldnt figure out how to get anima or magnus sisters ive played all the ps2 ones after this and this was still the best ffx 2 lacked all the intensity this one did and there was no tidus or auron ffx2 was mainly fanservice lol

I totally memorized that song! And when you played the Anima clip from Luca, it reminded me of when I first started playing FFX and I thought Seymour was a summoner! SPOILER!!!!!!
Turns out, Anima's his mom and that's why he can summon her........wow.....

At one point he -was- a summoner, but he stopped when he had to sacrifice his mother. He's a coward that killed his father and let his mother die in vain, hence his douche-bagged-ness. On the inside he hates himself so much that he won't let himself die just to continue torturing himself. I think n.n
